Visual and Vestibular Rehab

Visual and vestibular rehabilitation is the assessment and treatment of neurological eye and inner ear disorders which can cause headaches, dizziness, vertigo and nausea. These are common issues encountered with the presence of concussion or motion sensitivity.

Mobility and Balance Screenings

Mobility and balance screenings can be used as a preventative measure or assessment tool to give a clearer understanding as to individual restricted mobility patterns that can lead to injury. In the case of repeated injury to one area of the body, this diagnostic tool can be very helpful to develop a treatment plan and customised exercise programs.

Personalised Exercise Programs

Personalised exercise programs are developed in the treatment of injuries relating to individual specific dysfunctions found upon assessment. This service is beneficial for people looking to improve in general conditioning activities, attain specific physical goals or to deepen their sport practice.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a treatment technique that uses small needles to decrease muscle tone quickly by introducing them into the muscle belly to create a twitch response. Service to be offered as of October 2017.

Home care

Home care is offered to persons of any age. This service offers accessibility to elderly persons with mobility dysfunctions or persons with physical or mental handicaps to get assessed and treated without leaving their homes. This is also a great way to get help on ergonomic set up of living areas and eliminate fall risk factors. First time consultations are generally upwards of 1 hour and include a heavy focus on a home exercise program.
