Visual and Vestibular Rehab

Visual and vestibular rehabilitation is the assessment and treatment of neurological eye and inner ear disorders which can cause headaches, dizziness, vertigo and nausea. These are common issues encountered with the presence of concussion or motion sensitivity.

Mobility and Balance Screenings

Mobility and balance screenings can be used as a preventative measure or assessment tool to give a clearer understanding as to individual restricted mobility patterns that can lead to injury. In the case of repeated injury to one area of the body, this diagnostic tool can be very helpful to develop a treatment plan and customised exercise programs.

Home care

Home care is offered to persons of any age. This service offers accessibility to elderly persons with mobility dysfunctions or persons with physical or mental handicaps to get assessed and treated without leaving their homes. This is also a great way to get help on ergonomic set up of living areas and eliminate fall risk factors. First time consultations are generally upwards of 1 hour and include a heavy focus on a home exercise program. If you wish to develop an exercise program at home with the equipment that you own, comprehensive guides can be made to accommodate your needs.
